In order to provide world class service our staff need to be at a world class level. All our staff are empowered through continuous training in conjunction with the needs of the business and market. Our Human Resources department identifies all our staff’s personal development needs through continues skills audit and personal development discussions. We keep our staff informed of the business condition via a Balance Scorecard.

Here our staff can see our percentage growth, shrinkage, as well as gross attendance rates. We believe teams who do not keep score are merely practising and are not playing to win. Our staff are also empowered in their remuneration structure to improve the quality of life by both our staff and clients.

All our staff are registered with the Building Industrial Bargaining Council, receiving both medical and provident benefits. We offer our staff learnerships to provide them with national qualifications and this is directly linked to the company’s succession plan.
